Returns & Exchanges
We don’t accept returns or exchanges as all our items are handmade to order. However, if your order arrives damaged please do let us know, and we will work with you to find the best solution, whether it’s a refund or replacement.
Refunds
If we have agreed on a refund, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Replacements
If we have agreed on a replacement, we will aim to dispatch it as soon as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our items, exact dispatch times can vary. We will provide an estimated timeframe and keep you updated on the status of your replacement.
